Artist bio
Dominic McElwee is a New Zealand artist based in Palermo, Italy. He specialises in hyperrealist works on a miniature scale: oil paintings on metal and pencil drawings on marble, often featuring a dose of sarcastic social commentary. He studied painting at the Palermo Academy of Fine Arts.
